We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

• Processing time: typically within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.

2. Delivery Methods & Timelines

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked) – 2–4 working days

• Express Delivery (1st Class Tracked or Courier) – 1–2 working days

3. Shipping Fees

• Calculated at checkout based on weight, method, and delivery location.

• Free delivery may be offered on qualifying orders (e.g. over £50).

4. Age Verification at Delivery

Our delivery partners may require ID upon delivery. Orders containing CBD products must be received by a person 18 years or older.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Items

If your item is delayed or does not arrive:

• Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

• Provide order number and tracking details.

• If the package is damaged or tampered with, include photos. We will either replace or refund in accordance with our refund policy.
